Ingredients:
Chicken = 250 grams
Garlic = 1 tsp
Meat tenderizer = 1 tsp
Tikka Masala = 2 tbsp
Cream = 1 tbsp
Yogurt = 2 tbsp
Ingredients for sauce:
Mayonnaise = ½ cup
Mustard Paste = 1 tsp heaped
Garlic Powder = ½ tsp
Black Pepper = ½ tsp
Vinegar = 1 tbsp
Cream Cheese = 1 tbsp
BBq Sauce = 1 tbsp
Crushed red Pepper = ½ tsp
Milk = 2 tbsp
Salt = ¼ tsp
To assemble:
Cheese slices = as required
Bread slices = as required
Cumber Slices = as required
Method: Marinate chicken with garlic, meat tenderizer, tikka masala, cream and yogurt
For sauce: Mix all together.
Method:
Heat oil, grill chicken for 10 minutes and remove, spread sauce on bread slices, chicken chunks cucumber, and then second slice, apply sauce, put cheese slice cover with third slice and grill sandwiches.
